Michael Ekwang is a fifth-year medical student, and Mountain Blue has been supporting his studies. Mountain Blue’s support of his studies will be a tremendous gift for his community, and for the country.
Michael says,
“studying medicine has always been my passion, I have always had this desire to serve humanity and save lives. The magnitude of suffering I witnessed people go through during the war in the form of malnutrition amongst children and other forms of illness made me believe I needed to serve in the area of healthcare.”
Michael and his wife have three daughters, ages 8, 3, and 2. All their family live in northern Uganda.
